Cancellation & Refund Policy

Offerings made to the Shrine are donations, so they are not cancelled or refunded.

The one exception is a Mass offering: if the Mass you chose cannot be celebrated, the Shrine will offer it on the next available date or return the amount, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
